Course Description
Achievers throughout history have one thing in common—they know themselves. Dynamic Communication teaches people how to communicate using the DISC model as a way of understanding themselves and others. The workshop includes a behavioral assessment with report to give a more complete understanding of what DISC behavior is and how to use it. Anyone attending the workshop learns how to interact with others and to appreciate other's behavioral styles within the organization. Increased communication is noticed immediately after the workshop.
Dynamic Communication is a 1-day session designed to help people
win and achieve a greater degree of success in life and
work. This course will open your eyes to a new way of
viewing yourself and others and will allow you to discover
how to communicate more effectively based on the DISC
behavioral model.

What is DISC?
DISC measures observable behavior and emotions.
Behaviors are considered to be the “how” of your life and
are apparent in the things you do and how you act. DISC
is the language of people watching, or observing behavior
and emotions. Behavioral characteristics are categorized
into four dimensions of normal behavior, which are
referred to as DISC:

Each participant receives a personalized DiSC assessment report and an in-depth workbook
that provides a great resource for learning and
understanding the language of DISC. With general
characteristics, descriptions, examples and exercises,
this workbook helps attendees learn how to recognize,
understand and apply the DISC behavioral model for
better communication.

Facilitators
This program is delivered only by Certified Professional Behavioural Analysts that have studied and demonstrated expertise in the DiSC model of communication. They have a passion for this tool and have ample experience to help you apply it in your own settings.
On-Site Offerings
Ignite Success can make arrangements for the DiSC Dynamic Communications to be offered at your organization. You might find it is easier, and more cost effective, for one of our facilitators to come to your site and deliver this workshop to your employees, contractors, and/or clients. Your attendees participate in the same learning experience offered at our public workshops, but have the convenience of being at your site while you can keep your budget costs down.
