Purpose
The purpose of using attitudes and values is to help identify what drives your own behaviour or the behaviours at others. The ability to articulate your interests and values, or to manage employees based on their attitudes and values will ensure that everyone remains engaged and satisfied in their work. By using Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values assessments, you are adding a much-needed
tool to your strategy.
The Report
The Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values™ assessment
measures your responses in each of the six attitudes.
The computerized report shows each of the six attitudes
compared to a recently validated national average. You are
provided with information on the WHY of your actions
which, with application, can positively impact your life.
