basis, people face similar situations at work or home that indicate a conflict of values between themselves and another
individual or group. In Your Attitude is Showing, you will learn to
recognize and interact with others and to adapt to different values and beliefs systems. The workshop includes a values assessment with report to give a more complete understanding of how your values impact your decisions and how to interact more easily with others. Once you learn to see the world
from their perspective, you can improve communication, teamwork and results!

What are Values?
Values are attitudes that shape the way we see the
world. These attitudes are a viewpoint, a mindset or a
way of valuing life. They are described as the “why” of
our actions because they drive us to act in a certain way.
These drivers are classified into six attitudes, or values:
- Theoretical
- Utilitarian
- Aesthetic
- Social
- Individualistic
- Traditional

Workbooks
Each participant receives a personalized Personal Interests and Values report and an in-depth workbook
that provides a great resource for learning and
understanding the six values or attitudes. With general
characteristics, descriptions, examples and exercises,
this workbook helps attendees learn how to recognize,
understand and apply the values theory for
better communication.

Facilitators
This program is delivered only by Certified Professional Values Analysts that have studied and demonstrated expertise in the Personal Interests, Attitudes & Values (PIAV) model of communication. They have a passion for this tool and have ample experience to help you apply it in your own settings.
